Account Based Ticketing Software Solutions
Overview
This Framework Lot provides SAM Members with an ability to call-off Account Based Ticketing Software to move their current ticketing proposition, such as Pay As You Go (PAYG) from a "Truth on Card" solution, to one where the fare and capping calculations are carried out in a back office system - "Truth on Server".
The new Account Based Ticketing back-office systems are the core platforms to receive details of customer journeys from multiple formats and be able to calculate fares due and appropriate caps to be applied.
The systems are then able to calculate the amounts due to operators as a result of their participation within the scheme, with the nature of cap calculations and operator reimbursement based upon configurable rules.
This Framework Lot hosts a number of Suppliers enabling the Users of the Framework to have a wide choice of supply options.
